The duties include:

• Gather,organize, and analyze data on company's procedures, develop solutions or alternative methods of proceeding.
• Develop and implement records management program for filing, protection, and retrieval of records, and assure compliance with the program.
• Conduct observation to ascertain company's functions, work performed, methods, equipment and personnel used.
• Document findings and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes.
• Design, evaluate, recommend and approve changes in business operations. Prepare operations and procedures manuals.
• Analyze existing customer relationship as well as business development and sales opportunities with prospective customers in the light of increasing company's profit and efficiency.
• Participate in formulating company's new marketing strategies and in producing marketing materials to implement them.
