Nataliya AnonFounder and President
Nataliya is a serial entrepreneur, who has a wealth of international business experience in general management, entrepreneurship and business development. Prior to founding Svitla in 2003, Nataliya founded, built and led Lohika Systems. Prior to that, Nataliya held several executive management positions at Ernst & Young. Nataliya has also developed significant private equity and venture capital experience in the U.S. and the UK where she made investments in emerging technology and manufacturing companies. Nataliya is a member of the Fourth Class of the Growing Entrepreneurs Mentoring Program administered by the Committee of 200, a national organization of prominent women business executives. Nataliya is the co-founder of Ukrainian Student Association at Stanford, the founder and sponsor of VyboryUA.org, and the web portal which provided vital information in Ukraine´s 2004 Presidential election to thousands of Ukrainians living abroad. She also is a participant in the Orange Circle, international non-profit initiative to promote democracy and the image of Ukraine. Nataliya holds an MBA from the Stanford Business School.

Andriy GalychDirector of Business Development
Andriy is the Director of Business Development of Svitla Systems, Inc. and oversees all of Svitla’s marketing and sales activities. His responsibility also includes team building and account management of multiple projects within a global outsourcing delivery model. Andriy has more than 10 years experience in project development at the cutting edge of information technologies, economy and modern science. He took part in several international projects in the creation of science GRID network and installing of HPC (High Performance Computing) clusters. Andriy also contributed in different non-commercial activities, such as LEAP (the Library Electronic Access Project), supported by U.S. government. Andriy’s previous experience includes business development products and technologies on the HPC market in partnership with such key vendors like Intel, Microsoft, NVIDIA and HP.

Vladimir VybornovVice President of Engineering
Vladimir is the Vice President of Engineering at Svitla Systems. He is responsible for our projects technical management and software development processes. In addition, Vladimir is responsible for all the company’s service/product development activities as well as for developing Svitla’s strategic plans and their implementation. Vladimir provides technical direction and guidance on the company’s projects, as well as hands–on project management for all product development. He is responsible for implementing formal system processes to support service/product development including modern Agile, Scum and Kanban approaches. Vladimir has more than 14 years of experience it the IT industry, working for such major outsourcing companies as Luxoft and Ciklum. He also has strong experience in project management, implementation of product/service development procedures and has solid understanding of engineering technical issues and needs.

Maria BurgayChief Operating Officer
Maria is the Chief Operating Officer of Svitla System. She leads the operational management of Svitla by virtue of ISO: modeling of the company business processes, their correlation, analysis of business profitability, and business process replication throughout the Svitla offices in Ukraine. Maria is also responsible for managing the HR department. It includes recruiting, working with the existing personnel, employee education, evaluations, creation and support of company culture. Maria has more than 8 years of experience in operations management in the IT industry and others areas. She also have extensive management consulting and executive coaching experience in large and medium-sized commercial companies, social and government institutions. Maria has dedicated her education and professional growth to areas of international business management, consulting, coaching, IT management and Human Resources management.

KOSTYANTYN KHARCHENKO, PH.D.Head of Mobile Development Group
Kostya is heading up the Mobile Development Group at Svitla Systems.He has more than 20 years of experience in development and design of complex software systems. He worked for more than 12 years for large companies such as Digital Equipment Corp., Compaq Corp, Intel, Panasonic. Konstyantyn has extensive experience in the methodology of software development, modern software standards, and state-of-the-art large scale web-applications. His strong engineering background allows him to analyze, forecast and estimate research projects and create technologies of the future. Kostyantyn is a stalwart of UML design, Test-Driven-Development methodology and a software usability activist. He is an author of many computer science papers about software development and parallel computing. Kostyantyn holds a MS, PhD in Computer Science from Kyiv Politechnic Institute, one of the top academic institutions in Ukraine.
