MIDDLE -SENIOR INTEGRATION ENGINEER

Knowledge of JSON and JavaScript.

Knowledge of HTML.

Understanding of SOAP & REST API development.

Understanding of Tray, Zapier & other integration platforms.

Experience with Postman.

Experience with database query languages.

Bachelor's degree in a related field or 1+ years + in a technical role.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and understandably.

Flexible and adaptable to handle changing priorities and challenging situations.

High emotional intelligence in preventing and reducing conflicts within projects.

The ability to meet your contractual obligations may entail managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Build integrations between the client’s solution and other record systems via publicly available APIs.

Utilize iPaaS toolsets (Tray.io, Zapier, Make.com) to create workflows that automate everyday tasks for the client’s customers.

Deliver your contractual obligations within the required timeframe.

Collaborate with tech leads, managers, and engineers across several teams.

Communicate regularly with your client’s contact, as contractual obligations may change.

Document progress, communication, expectations, and details within a ticketing system such as JIRA, ClickUp, Google Docs, and other company tools.

Maintain positive working connections between teams, customers, and stakeholders.

Report any concerns and issues promptly and efficiently to management, stakeholders, or relevant team members.
